Today’s photo from ‘the park’ is taken on the Colton side of Temple Newsam Estate. Nearly all empty fields on this side of the park neither feeding animals or growing crops, all very strange? Not that I know anything about farming but you would expect one or the other surely? A few acres of ‘proper’ wildflower meadow would be a wonderful addition to Temple Newsam and would bring even more the visitors in during the summer months.
