I’m not sure if I mentioned what a wonderful month October is here in the UK plenty of flowers in gardens and hedgerows, yet Autumn is definitely upon us. Today was still and mild a day to be outdoors, a beach would have been good but sixty miles was too far in the time I had.
For a change then! I headed to ‘the park’ and had a stroll through the Avenue Wood area of Temple Newsam. This is a delightful time of year to walk in woodland I am looking forward to the last few months of this project.
Today was also the day while wandering aimlessly through the trees that I came up with my photography challenge for 2016, different from this but still a year-long and a challenging! number of photographs but more on that closer to the time (still in Leeds though).
