They say the British are obsessed with the weather and it does seem to play a big part in our lives. This last weekend has therefore been big news with storm Desmond and widespread flooding in the northwest of England.
My stroll around ‘the park’ today was a lot more uneventful but the weather played it’s part 13.5 degrees C. What a lovely morning for December with stacks of Roses and one or two flowers still around in the walled garden at Temple Newsam.
